By using this website you agree to these terms. Content published here — text, images, recordings, and archive materials — belongs to COCAAE or to the community members who contributed it, and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.

Donations are voluntary and, unless otherwise stated, non-refundable. Restricted gifts are applied to the designated program; where a program is fully funded, COCAAE may direct the gift to the closest related work.

Event registrations are subject to capacity. Programs may be rescheduled or relocated; registrants are notified by email.

When you submit a story, photograph, recording, or document, you confirm you have the right to share it and grant COCAAE a non-exclusive license to preserve, exhibit, and educate with it, with credit as agreed.
